Trio Rinaldo

Winner of the 44° "Franco Abbiati" prize of the Italian Critics Association for the most promising young group (Piero Farulli prize), the Rinaldo Trio is establishing itself on the musical scene by holding concerts nationally and internationally as guests of prestigious institutions, events and festivals, such as I Concerti al Quirinale, La Stanza della Musica and Trani InOnda live on Rai Radio 3; Chigiana Summer Festival and Asolo Musica in which it also plays alongside M° Bruno Giuranna; Classiche Forme; Officina del Suono (Fondazione Luigi Danieli); Pałac Biskupa Erazma Ciołka of Krakow; Lisinski Hall of Zagreb. In August 2024 the Trio wins the A. Burri prize thanks to which they will play in the Festival delle Nazioni in 2025. They are also recipient of the "Fondazione Pergolesi Spontini – Orlando European Summer Course – RESIDART Scholarship 2025". The ensemble is selected as "Britten Pears Young Artist 24-25" by the renowned Aldeburgh program and by the Accademia Chigiana to take part in the Young Italian Musical Talents in the World project, an initiative established in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Internationally and with CIDIM – Comitato Nazionale Italiano Musica.
Formed in 2022 in the chamber music class of M° Margherita di Giovanni at the Rinaldo Franci Conservatory in Siena, the ensemble perfects itself in the chamber music courses held at the Chigiana Academy of Siena by Bruno Giuranna (2022-23- 24) and by Clive Greensmith (2023-24), obtaining the Diplomas of Merit and the "Pia Bassi" Scholarship. From October 2022 to the current day the Trio is admitted to the "W. Stauffer" Academy in Cremona and, in 2022 only, in Rome as part of the "Avos Project", as recipient of the "Avos" scholarship and the first prize in the "Riviera Etrusca" Competition 2022. The Trio takes part in numerous masterclasses and lessons held by the Maisky Trio, Francesco Dillon, James Baillieu, Heath Quartet, Isabel Charisius, Elena Urioste, Melissa White, Clive Brown, Enrico Pace, Andrea Lucchesini, Marco Fornaciari, Mark Messenger, Isabel Villanueva, Riccardo Donati, Matteo Fossi and Marco Gaggini.
